If you are at a point in life where your true wishes and desires have been neglected and you have been betraying yourself by prioritising everything and everyone else over your own needs, this program is for you!
It is time to take a step back and re-think about your relationship with yourself. This time we are going to help you to put your emotional wellbeing and mental health at the top list of your priorities.
Its time, you make it up to yourself!
So how this program could help you ?!?
This is a customised program based on your unique traits and personal needs. The truth is that not all of us are the same when it comes to experiences and emotional responses. We all have our own way of going through life which cannot be compared or generalised. Therefore it is important that you find out what works best FOR YOU!That is the main goal of this program.
This program's essential aim is to emphasise on your uniqueness and identify your strengths. I truly believe deep down we always have the power to solve our own problems, we just need someone to guide us to get access to our own inner wisdom and power. As your coach, I will hold your hands through each step, provide you unconditional support, and hold you accountable for you healing journey.
We will spend time to get to know you and your life story, together we are going to organise your thoughts and emotions, life goals and plans, limitations and struggles. Then we are going to help you prioritise everything based on your mental and emotional needs.
We do this by getting to know your true self and highlighting your values, beliefs and goals in life to encourage a healthier mental and emotional well being.
What to Expect ?
You have overall 10 sessions in period of 3 months with me
We can meet weekly or twice a week
Each session is 60 minutes.
You can text me or call me outside our sessions. I get back to you as soon as I can ( within 24hrs )
In between sessions, you will be provided with tools and worksheets to help you navigate and reflect on your thoughts, feelings and beliefs.
You will be given homework to practice your new coping strategies or healthy habits.
Overall, this program is going to help you bounce back and treat yourself better !!!
