Guiding the parentified daughter out of invisibility and into her own authority. Through self-mothering, identity rebuilding, and emotional regulation.
The becoming of a woman who Reclaimed herself
A letter From Yelna
My mother raised me to be her strong daughter. I was the one who anticipated every storm, the one who held the family together, and the one who eventually disappeared into the role of the perfect fixer. In our home, there was no space for my emotional needs, only for my performance.
When she passed away when I was fourteen, I didn’t just lose her; I lost the only identity I knew. I spent the next decade living under the shadow of an invisible contract, playing the rescuer to everyone in my life. To the world, I was high-achieving and independent. Inside, I was a lost girl performing for a ghost.
I didn't just "heal" the mother wound. I studied it for 12 years. I was determined to understand the architectural depth of the mother-daughter dynamic and how it shapes a woman’s entire existence.
Breaking that invisible contract changed everything. I stopped being a reaction to my past and became the safe, steady adult I needed as a little girl.
This isn’t about blaming our mothers, it’s about reclaiming us.

MY APPROACH
Real change doesn't happen by just studying the brain; it happens by addressing the Identity.
From the moment you were in the womb until this very second, your sense of self has been shaped by Maternal Conditioning. This isn't just a psychological phase; it is a profound internal programming that dictates how you see yourself, how you love, and how you take up space in the world.
I developed The Maternal Imprint Theory™ to help the parentified daughter identify this invisible script and reclaim the potential that was written in her DNA before the world told her who to be.
My work is dedicated to identifying the strengths that were suppressed by your past so they can finally take up space in your present. We look at how this original imprint dictated your role as the "Parentified daughter" or the "rescuer," and we work to dismantle that conditioning so your true identity can emerge.
My perspective is that you are not broken; you were simply conditioned to stay small. We don't just talk about the past, we dismantle the architecture of your identity and rebuild it using a combination of clinical depth and action-oriented strategy.
This approach is built on a solid foundation of psychological science. By integrating Carl Rogers’ philosophy of the ideal self, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), I bridge the gap between high-level clinical evidence and the visceral reality of mother-daughter dynamics. It is a roadmap to simplify the complex and move you out of "performing" and into the authority of the woman you were always meant to be.
The blueprint for your expansion is already inside you. I am here to hold the space, the tools, and the accountability as you practice embodying your true identity until it becomes your new reality.

To My Dear Self;
Let's Reconnect
"To My Dear Self; Let's Reconnect" is my very first published Workbook, and it is a piece of my heart. I recommend this to anyone, whether you are ready to take a much deeper step in your identity journey, or you are simply not sure where to begin. If you are standing at the starting line,
start here.
The book is about repairing and remodeling your relationship with your inner child. It is an invitation to reconnect back with the little girl in you, slowly and safely learning how to become the woman who saves her.
To ensure you never have to sit in a heavy silence or go blank not knowing what to say to her, I have structured this book with dedicated journal prompts, exercises, and creative, fun ways to cherish that little girl. It bridges the gap between knowing you need to heal and actually knowing how to communicate with your true self.
