My Story...

For most of my life, I didn’t know she was still there inside me.
I just thought I was too sensitive, too intense, or too broken.

But truthfully?
I was just carrying pain that was never mine to carry.
Like many women, I had learned to survive by disconnecting from my feelings, from my needs, and from the softest parts of myself.

It wasn’t until I began reconnecting with my inner girl

that things truly shifted :

💗 I stopped abandoning myself to please others.
💗 I learned how to give myself the love and comfort I used to crave.
💗 I finally started to feel safe inside my own body and heart.

And that’s why I created this journal.


Because I know how scary it can be to meet your inner child for the first time…
But I also know the freedom, clarity, and self-love that

are waiting for you when you do.

She’s not asking for you to fix everything.
She’s just asking for you to come sit with her.
To listen. To hold her hand.
To remind her that she’s not alone anymore.

And this journal will guide you, one letter, one prompt, one gentle moment at a time.

Hi, I’m Yelna – a childhood trauma survivor turned self-reparenting coach and therapist.

I specialize in helping high-functioning women who feel lost, disconnected, or overwhelmed by inner wounds, especially those who grew up with emotionally unavailable, immature, or neglectful parents.

Through a powerful blend of Inner Child Healing, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT),

I teach you to self-reparenting, I help you to break lifelong patterns, build emotional safety, and reconnect with your all parts of your self.

I’ve spent over a decade walking this healing path myself

and guiding others on theirs.

My mission is to help you feel safe enough to not only survive but to live a purposeful life .
