This program is for women whose childhood looked “fine” from the outside,
but never felt safe on the inside.

Maybe you had a roof over your head.
Food on the table.
Clothes to wear.

No one would have called it abuse.

And yet, there was no real safety to cry.
No safety to be angry.
No safety to express your emotions without being shamed, dismissed, or misunderstood.

So you learned to hold everything in.

You learned to be “good.”
To not need much.
To not ask for too much.
To be mature and strong before you had the chance to learn about your own needs
.

And most of all, you learned this in relationship with your mother.

Whether she was emotionally unavailable, critical, overwhelmed, controlling, unpredictable, or subtly dismissive , how she treated has made a huge impact on how you cope with everything today!

Here’s the thing no one tells you.

Your relationship with your mother is one of the most relationships in your life. She is the key to your entire nervous system regulation, your identity and sense of safety.

There comes a point when you realise the woman that you have become today is not who you were meant to be but a reflection of a little girl who just needed to be loved by her mother!

And now , your survival methods aren't  serving you  anymore.

You may understand your mother did her best and want to move on..
You see the patterns and want to break them
You know your childhood was not great and dont want it to ruin your future

But its hard when you struggle with these:

  • getting triggered easily

  • feeling emotionally unsafe

  • overgiving even when you say you won’t

  • setting boundaries that don’t actually protect you

  • feeling attacked, overwhelmed, or shut down

  • carrying resentment and guilt at the same time

Some of you went no-contact or low-contact and thought, “Okay, at least there are fewer triggers now.”

And that might be true on the surface.

But the truth is that, the mother wound is not about your mother.

It’s about how your relationship with her shaped how you feel and think about yourself.

Your self-confidence.
Your self-belief.
Your sense of worth.
Your ability to feel safe in your body.

All of it.

That’s why even when she’s no longer physically present,
her voice can still live inside your head.

The Mother-wound Effect

My Story

For a long time, I believed that once my mother passed away, I would finally be free.

There would be no more triggers.
No more pain.
No more emotional chaos.

I could finally go after my dreams and live up to my potential....

But what I didn’t understand back then was how deeply the mother wound lives inside you.

Even after she was gone, I was still living with:

  • self-doubt

  • emotional hyper-vigilance

  • a harsh inner voice

  • difficulty feeling safe, soft, or held

  • a constant fight with myself

I didn’t realise how much of my inner world was shaped by that early relationship.

As I began healing, I noticed something else.

So many other women were living the same story.

They were still tangled with their mothers and at the same time, tangled with themselves.

Because when you grow up with a mother who couldn’t meet you emotionally, you often end up in a lifelong inner battle.

There’s a voice in your head that talks like her.
Believes what she believed.
Judges you the way she did.

And you’re left fighting yourself , every single day.

Meet the Founder

My name is Yelna

A trauma-informed therapist and self-reparenting coach specializing in mother-wound healing, identity repair, and nervous-system regulation. My work is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS), emotional regulation, and relational trauma frameworks, shaped by both professional training and lived experience. I don’t work from theory alone , I work from years of guiding women through the exact patterns that keep them stuck in the “good daughter” role long after childhood has ended. I help women move beyond insight into embodied change, so they can stop living from survival and start leading their lives from self-trust and autonomy. I have walked that path and I can hold your hands while you walk it too...

Three Women

That sense of belonging is essential.

In my own healing journey, I felt incredibly alone. I carried so much emotional weight, and on top of that, I had no place to truly belong. That sense of belonging was missing from my journey, and it made everything feel so much harder. It took me over six years to finally feel comfortable in my womanhood, to feel safe in my softness, and to truly embrace self-love.

As I began working with other women, I realized they were feeling the same way. They were also lacking that sense of belonging, and it was taking them longer to heal because they didn’t have the support they needed. They didn’t have someone who could say, “I feel you. I am with you in this journey. I see you.

That’s why I added the Private Group Support. It’s the backbone to everything else I work on with my clients because healing doesn’t happen alone. You need to be seen, heard, and validated by others who understand your pain and are on the same journey. That sense of belonging is essential.
