What to Expect in this Program :

This is an intensive, right to the point and effective program that is mainly designed for you to find your inner-child. The aim is to reconcile with her by providing exactly what she needs to feel protected , accepted and loved.

We will be working for 6 weeks and I assure you that by end of it you have developed better understanding of how to care and protect your inner-child.

As your Coach, I will be there with you side by side and I will guide you to initiate a loving and compassionate relationship with your inner-child, no matter how defensive and distant she/he might have become towards you.

Our goal is to help you experience, what it means to have a deep connection with yourself by healing and overcoming past negative experiences.

What includes ?

• We will have weekly sessions ,

• Each session for 60 minutes..

• We will initiate contact with your inner-child during the session

• We will talk about your past experiences

• We will help you in identifying what are your inner-child's suppressed emotional needs

• I will provide you tools and techniques to practice during the week

• You will have daily access to me through VOXER ( I usually Respond right away or withing 24 hours depending on our time differences)

How to Prepare ?

Its important that you know, I am not a magician ( sadly ). This is a work that requires your commitment and effort too. I can only offer so much of my knowledge and experience but at the end of the day this is your life and you will decide how much you want to take advantage of this program. So come with an open mind and heart, bring all your curitosity and questions, and more importantly give your inner-child a chance!
